We send you a written brief that will draw out the information needed to create a fitting verbal identity. Through this step, we learn more about your long term plans for the brand as well as how you wish it to be perceived by the public, both of which we use to refine our approach.

From there, we begin mapping out your verbal identity, eventually organizing our proposed positioning into a visual presentation that will later serve as your brand book. Our goal in this step is to give you multiple options for mission/vision statements as well as rationale behind our thinking.

After initial delivery, we help guide feedback notes to ensure we’re getting closer to a final brand book you’re excited about. Upon finalization, we provide the brand book along with instructions on how the leadership team, employees and outsourced partners should interpret it.
