Logo Creation

We take what we hear from you and develop an array of initial logo concepts for you to consider. This step in the design process allows us to hone in to finalize a design that sticks.

Typeface Specification

We suggest specific fonts based on what we’ve heard in the brief, providing you with final font files to apply to your website, printed collateral and beyond.

Logo Rationale

With each logo design we propose, our team shares our thinking in a 2-3 sentence pitch, giving you a window into why certain decisions were made during the design process.

Color Palette Development

We use color theory to suggest a color palette that resonates. Upon finalization, we provide color codes to ensure your visual identity is correctly displayed going forward.

Contextual Mockups

Beyond written rationale, we provide visual mockups for each of our initial logo designs, allowing your team to imagine how the brand will look and feel in real life.

Complete File Suite

When your team has made its decision on a final logo design, we package up all the files you’ll need to bring your brand to life. Alongside these files, we provide instructions on how and where each should be used.

Our approach

We ask the right questions to ensure we design initial concepts that you connect with. From there, we listen and lean in to tweak and refine until we’ve defined a visual identity you’re proud of.

We send you a written brief that will draw out the information needed to design intentionally. Through this step, we learn more about your audience and industry as well as the types of logos you’re drawn to, all of which we use to craft tailored designs.
Our team of in-house and affiliated designers with expertise in designing logos of various styles (including typographic, vintage, mascot, brandmark, monogram, and signature design) get to work. We develop several sketches, ultimately narrowing down our designs to ~3 initial concepts for client review.
After initial delivery, we help guide feedback notes to ensure we’re getting closer to a final option you’re excited about. Upon finalization, we provide the complete file suite as well as instructions on how to apply your logo correctly.
